Spuhr’s QDP Scope Mounts offer an extremely sturdy optic mounting solution for bolt-action and semiautomatic rifles with full length picatinny rails. The interior of the rings are equipped with a series of grooves. These grooves can be used to “glue” the scope in place with powdered rosin (powdered rosin can easily be removed with rubbing alcohol). This is perfect for use on firearms that are subject to severe vibration such as high-caliber rifles with heavy recoil, or rifles that are extensively used in 4WD off-road vehicles. The QDP Scope Mount also features several interface surfaces on the mount’s body and rings. These interfaces are aligned with the scope, and allow accessories such as lasers, illuminators, and secondary optics to be attached directly to the mount. In addition, the QDP scope mount is easily installed and removed thanks to its quick-detach levers, and features an integrated bubble-level.
