I'm legitimately baffled (and originally incredulous) that Trijicon couldn't include proper screws to mount the plate to the slide and expect you to dremel or otherwise permanently modify the OEM screws to mount the plate to the slide properly.

Same here as the other reviewer. There is no way you can use this adapter plate on your factory milled P365x or xl. The thread holes are far too small on the trijicon mounting plate to go into the slide. You would end up having to machine or tap new thread holes into the mount. Pretty ridiculous that trijicon is shipping these this way. Even the factory sig screws are too large to fit this.
