Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x50 with EBR-4 MOA Riflescope SE-1627

Here's my take. This scope is by far the best buy on the market for a great short to mid range and capable long range optic and heres why, for the cost this scope has everything you need such as clear glass, decent eye relief, true tracking and magnification throughout the range, to shoot short, mid, and long range. To find this in a similar power you would have to pay around the 1k mark, so I ask why would you? What you are giving up not spending a thousand dollars is perhaps having a true zero stop, and first focal plane along with real crisp turret adjustments. This scopes turrets are not mushy by no means just a little stiff and or tight but very workable. Now if you're a true scope snob and just want the best or shoot past 500- 700 yards then yeah going up to the $1500- 5k optic might make sense. But to call this just a entry level or beginner optic is not fair. Finally for under $500 there's a scope that fits right at home on a $500 or a 3k rifle. I slip the scales to get and keep my zero on the knobs, so a zero stop, real klicky adjustment knobs and a front focal plane reticle isn't worth spending another 600 to 1k dollars to me, might for you. So if your on the fence or asking yourself if this scopes clarity is bad, does it track and is the magnification good, I say and recommend to you buy this scope.

Great price for $300 (lowest online) you can't go wrong.Great clarity @24 , I can see gnats at 100yds with this scope. Mounted on a 6.5 grendel and holds zero great,plus it was easy to dial in.

Very good scope for the price. Clear optics, nice turrets that are easy to see and adjust and all he adjustments at 100 yards sighting in were spot on. Have not had a chance to try past 100 yards but all the Vortex products that I have perform beyond my expectations. Vortex customer service is also second to none.

Is a good basic entry level scope. Glass is ok for the price and is decently clear. Two main gripes that are annoying but forgivable: 1) parallax knob has no yardage markings and 2) windage and elevation knobs are stiff and not very smooth. Overall it’s a vortex and you can’t really go wrong with these guys

The scope is great. Clear from 4-24, like the reticle, nice solid clicks on the turrets. The illuminated reticle is ok, haven't had a chance to use it yet. Definitely would buy again, especially at EuroOptics sale price. Best price I could find.

I bought this Vortex Strike Eagle and I got to looking at the glass and comparing them to the Leupold, Bunshell Elite, Nikon Morarach And the Sig Sauer scopes and I counld not believe the glass that the Vortex had. I just sat back and thought what a dummie to have never bought a Vortex. Im buy another tomorrow. Its hard to beat these Vortex scopes. Ihad my scope dialed in in 4 shots. If your like I was don't be try one of these Vortex and you will be hooked. you cant beat them.

For the money ive got a great target scope. Perfect for rimfire comp. Picture is as clear at low power as is at 24 power. Can not find any issues so far. As far as turret marks not lining up after you zero scope there are 3 very small flat head screws that you can loosen and align marks back with turret cap.

I own 3 of these Strike Eagle scopes attached to different AR platform guns and am very pleased with their glass quality ability to draw in light and Vortex customer service

For this price, this is scope is awesome! I really like the zoom range of 4-24X, and it is too bad that Vortex is discontinuing this model. Like others have mentioned, the parallax adjustment is stiff and the hash marks on the turrets don't line up perfectly but very close. However, I like this scope so much, I have now bought 4 of them and hopefully I can buy another before they are gone.

Perfect for my Ruger Precision Rimfire with a 0 MOA rail on it.

Let’s separate this review into 2 parts. Product I haven’t had it out in the field yet and it will be several weeks before I can put some lead downrange using this scope. So these will be my initial impressions. The Product is a Vortex Strike Eagle 4x24x50MM scope. My first Vortex product. We won’t cover my fides because this review isn’t about me. We will say that I am eminently qualified and let it go at that. On 4X the scope is clear with superb eye relief. Dialed up to 24X, it is the same. Clear (even out at the edges) and the eye relief is exactly the same. Excellent! Most scopes, including Leupold, a number of years ago would shrink eye relief when you dialed up the magnification. Not this one. Perhaps the industry has improved their product since I last purchased a scope. Can’t say, but this product is excellent. If I run into reliability or durability issues later, I shall report it but initially, the scope is a well manufactured unit. I am pleased. Dealer. I’m not picky but I do require respect and courtesy. I received that in spades. Not butt kissing just respect and courtesy. I am a Pennsylvania boy and while I was raised on the city streets of the Burgh, I spent a lot of time in the woods. When I saw their address, I made the choice to give them a try. I was impressed with the service and courtesy. I mentioned that I was very familiar with the area due to business dealings with Piper in the past. We had a few laughs and sealed the deal. Great price on the Strike eagle 4-24x50. Glass is fairly clear for the price. Not as clear as the razor line but a step up over the cross fire line. Sighted in quickly. No issues. Mounted it on my 18 inch 223 wylde. Thinking about adding it on my 16 inch psa 10 instead. Great scope for many different options.

Very fast shipping, And the scope is great. Clear at highest magnification. Got it mounted on my Savage 11, 6.5x47, on paper first shot, bulls eye 3rd shot. Next step will be tracking test, so far I am impressed by the clarity through the complete mag range. Service was superb. First time buyer, won't be the last.

Purchased two of these Strike Eagle 4-24X50 2FP, EBR-4 MOA reticle. One on a Savage 10T-SR/6.5CM, & one on a Savage 12FVSS/.308, both on 20MOA rails. Like second focal plane scopes, since I usually range with a laser rangefinder anyhow, the aiming "center" is quite legible at most distances. I zeroed both at 100yds., fairly easy with good click/movement adjustments. Slight wind & 35 degrees, went to 302yds.(open field), on a swinging 10" steel painted disc. With Strelok Ap, dialed up 14 clicks for the 6.5CM, hit dead nuts 6 for 6 with a little hold over for left to right wind, dialed up 17 clicks for the .308, hit 5 for 5(both factory target ammo). Revives your faith in science of ballistics with a quality scope. Glass good to 550yds., mounted both scopes in Burris Xtreme Tactical 30mm/"low" mounts, had to shave some off the front of the 20MOA picatinny rail for "tapered bell" interference, to get the scopes as low as possible to the barrel. Glass was clear at maximum magnification to the edges, and your can range with the reticle at 24X(only).Vortex bubble levels on both. Fast shipping on both, came well packaged, the Vortex factory box with the original factory wrapping, un-tampered with. Nice to do business with.

This is an amazing scope. Vortex always comes through for me. This is one of several Vortex products that I own. This scope is crisp, clear and consistent. The clicks though not the loudest or strongest I have felt or heard, they are very consistent. They make repeatable adjustments time and time again. The crosshair in the center are extremely fine allowing incredible visual affirmation of your target.

I have not had a chance to shoot with this scope yet, so i cannot comment on the performance, but i am very pleased with the what i have seen so far.

I own three other Vortex scopes along with Leupold, Burris and Bushnell. All uses, AR's, 3 Gun, Deer and Elk hunting, but I like the Vortex the best for overall pricing, quality, warranty and glass clarity. The Vortex Strike Eagle 4-24x5 at the price Euro Optic sells it for is unbeatable.

Bought to put on my Remington 7MM Mag or my New Weatherby First-Lite 30-06....Absolutely beautiful Rifle scope and even better than I thought it would be...Super bright with low light gathering and the reticle is amazing and perfect for precision shooting and easy to lock on target with. Cant believe the price and this is the second Vortex I own and completely happy with. This scope is of the same quality as scopes at double the cost or more...

This is by far the best riflescope I have ever purchased. I had read other reviews on this one prior to purchasing and I must say I am beyond pleased. Having had many opportunities to shoot and zero in hunting rifles for friends that own some entry level Nightforce and Zeiss scopes I feel this one is on par with higher end scopes. Clarity is awesome even at 24 power. Am buying another one as well. Customer service at Eurooptic is top notch. My order was ready fro shipping in about an hour after it was placed and arrived at my door less than 72 hours later.

Absolutely the best scope I've owned for the money. This would be a great scope for 4 x the money. Very clear at all magnifications with excellent tracking at 100 yards. After seeing some people say the turrets are mushy I was surprised to find they are NOT at all. They were a little stiff at first but after turning them a few times they loosened up. The reticle is really nice and being illuminated doesn't hurt either. I will absolutely order another for my son and would recommend anyone to buy the Strike Eagle.

Mounted and shot on a Franklin Armory F17 (17 WSM). This is my second Vortex scope & not my last. This is an amazing scope at any price. This is my first illuminated scope and I'm glad I went with this. I'm 62 yrs old and my eyes needed this illuminated reticle. Very clear glass, easy to focus (knob was a bit stiff at first). I'm thinking of buying another for my 17 HMR.

Euro optic was fast and the glass in this strike eagle 4x24x50 is awsome. I was on the fence and then recieved it and immediately ordered 2 more.

For the price how can you complain. Haven't got to use it on the gun yet had to send to Remington Custom Shop where my guns being built. This is my first vortex an not hard to see why people love the clarity of them!

I really like what I'm seeing so far. I've not gotten to the range yet but the glass is crystal clear. I own a Sightron SIII 10X50X56 also & this seems about as clear as my Sightron. As some had mentioned the parallax knob was really stiff but with a bit of effort worked well. I did find that at 24x the eye relief was a bit fussy to get a full sight picture. Other than that I've seen no cons as yet. I mounted this on a 20" 6.5 Grendel 5R Sanders Armory upper using the 20 MOA Nikon 16405 cantilever ring mount. Can't wait till the weather lets up so I can head to the range.

It was a good scope for retail of 699.00. IT IS AN AWESOME SCOPE for 299.99. 300 meters was a breeze going out to 500 next trip to the range. Should be a breeze!!!!

Haven't used my 4 x 24x 50 scope ,very good price I have it mounted on my savage xp 30/06 an it looks real good can't wait to take it to the range an site it in.Thanks again to Euro optics. I would buy again in a heart beat!!! .I would reconmend
