Stock: The straight, walnut and synthetic stock with rosewood fore-end top and pistol grip cap is oil finished with a red recoil pad.

Barrel: Sako 85 barrels are manufactured with a passion for craftsmanship, with each barrel individually inspected. Twist rates are chosen to optimize accuracy and bullet performance.

Trigger: Classic rifles features a single-stage trigger adjustable from 2-4 lbs.

I purchased the Sako Classic .300 Win. Mag (along with a Swarovski Z5 3.5-18 X 44 ) from EuroOptic three years ago. I have been nothing short of delighted with the accuracy and reliability of this rifle/scope combo. The action is incredibly smooth and I have been able to shoot sub-MOA groups from day one. You can certainly buy a more expensive rifle but I think you will not purchase a better designed, more accurate, and handsome rifle for the money!

Very well made and awesome accuracy. Got mine in 300WM. Only problem is my son always wants to hunt with it. Thought recoil pad would be an issue trying to replace it, just got used to it.
