This is the worst quiver design and a misleading ad both for the quiver and their Nitro 505 crossbow. What a shame TenPoint on advertising the best built crossbow and thousands of tested shots to claim this as the most accurate crossbow and put junk out with a huge price tagged Nitro 505 crossbow and then even more junk on it. Maybe, you should send me your new crossbow, so I can put it to the test for you and let you know what is wrong before you send it out for sale. I should have returned the bow to the store and forgot about getting this taken care of other ways. The Tech quiver can only hold 4 arrows with broadheads, so readers don't be misled by the listing of 6 arrows (It only holds 6 with field points). Next, the broadhead hood or cover is too short (even if you use their Evo X broadheads) blades will be exposed risking injury to the shooter, and I previously sent photos of this. There is no hanger or way to hang quiver when removed. Quiver could have been much lighter this is a heavier quiver. I lost a metal piece that attaches to the tech quiver. Go figure the screw came loose and fell off. I had to carry quiver out of woods separately since I could not attach it. What a pain also arrows will fall out at times, so be careful. Now I will read: Call customer service for this review. Don't ask me to call for I have. I called your company right after my purchase the end of October beginning of Nov in 2023 with issues I had after just purchasing your Nitro 505 crossbow. No one ever got back to me after speaking to a rep and then sending in photos of quiver issues not to mention other issues I had. I should have returned the crossbow back to the store, but thought it would have been handled correctly. A few years ago, I had issues with 6 lighted nock arrow issues (which again was poor design of arrow manufacturer and they did send me a set of 3 (not 6) new designed lighted arrows free that corrected the nock problem). I never had any issues with my old TenPoint Turbo GT. Today, I called again concerning my Nitro 505 and the part of my quiver that fell off during my Jan 2023 hunt. I told this rep about several issues again and the failure of TenPoint to ever respond to my previous call and email: 1. Poor design of quiver creating unsafe conditions for hunter, 2. quiver description misleading that it can't hold 6 arrows, 3. no way to hang quiver when removed from bow. 4. I told her about the Nitro's poor design of a bow hanger (being too short) arrows and broadheads stick in the ground when you place bow against or lean it against a tree or your seat if in a blind. (you have to remove arrow from flight rail to prevent broadheads from sticking in the ground for they stick out beyond the hanger on the bow). My question then TenPoint: Is this a bow to hunt with or target shoot with??? 5. I questioned the poor design of the scope rail on my 2022 Nitro 505 Model being too long without supports and my fear of damage to rail having a scope on this sticking out over flight rail. This is another reason I did not buy the model with the Oracle X scope for it is much longer making it easier to damage rail by bending it because it sticks out farther. When asked if and when this rail bends in the future, is it covered under warranty because of their poor design? Response was 1st the person I spoke to no longer works there and 2nd they have problems with emails being received, 3rd they only had 3 people working during the season, 4th they have certain people that cover warranties and they examine each of the conditions. Well what does that tell you? Forget it....No warranty coverage ever on this issue for it would be fault of user who caused it to bend. I was also told it is not TenPoint who builds the quiver but their vendor, and for me to check out remedies on Archery Talk or Bow Nation to see what other's have done or are doing on my issues. Like REALLY???? Then she was going to charge me $22.44 for the lost quiver part and $10.00 to ship. I stated I have a $3,000.00 plus bow and I need to buy a part for a faulty design. My response was I could just buy another quiver from another manufacturer and install it. She agreed to make a one time Courtesy adjustment and send me the part at no charge. I did say thanks sparingly, for I was going to say why don't you give me a Courtesy return and replace my Nitro 505 that should have been returned the first week after purchase, but then I probably would have been charged for it. Now, I am not sure if I will ever buy another TenPoint Crossbow again. Maybe, I should have listened to my buddy who wanted me to buy another high end competitor's bow. Do your homework and check these things out. I was told they did install braces on the poorly designed rail, but as of today the same quiver and parts from 2022 models are going on the new 2023 crossbows and nothing has been changed.
