I have the EBR-2B And I love It. I've never owned a scope that was this accurate. It's very rugged as it set atop a 7mm Rem.magnum and can take more pounding then I can , and never lose its setting. The only time I need to change my setting is when the range changes or the wind changes. If you have a rifle that shoots like a cannon, as I do, you need a scope that is rugged enough to take the beating it will receive.

I actually have the genII model up to 27 pwr. The optic is very well made, very strong and very clear. The amount of light that travels through this optic makes an amazingly sharp image. The parallax is easy and very clear. This optic does come with a little extra weight. I also use a Larue tactical quick detach mount. I have yet to see even the slightest zero shift. A fantastic optic. Those who ask how it compares to the more expensive S&B I will say that when the light is just about to go away for the day, S&B lets more light in but that is the only negative with this optic and its $2500
