This is my first Red Dot and I am impressed by how accurate it is. I zeroed it in and once zeroed I was hitting the targets with ease. If you are like me(late 40s fading eyes) the Red Dot makes all the difference vs. iron sites. It seem very well made. Also, be warned the optic comes with no mounts at all, you have to buy separately.
Now for the downsides:
1. You have to remove the site and mounting plate to replace the battery. This is just dumb.
2. You have unlock two set screws, then adjust windage/elevation, then tighten the set screws before you fire. Again, this is just dumb.
3. The sight comes with a disc that you place the small provided screwdriver through to tell you Up/Down Left/Right. How hard could it be to paint a small U or R to tell which way to go?
Despite the downsides this is a well built, quality optic and very accurate. I would recommend this optic.

This was my first red dot. The dot quality is amazing compared to any other one I have seen (Nikon, Delta Point Pro, RMR). The elevation and windage adjustments are generous and allow mounting on standard 1911s. The down side is mine broke at least once a year. I managed to fix it by using the warranty and doing repairs myself but based on the durability I switched to a Burris fast fire after the last failure. The US service is only available if you buy it from the Doctor US reseller.

No other red dot is as clear and has as little tint in the glass as Docter (Noblex) IMHO.

The best built and performing MRDS I have ever used, but suffers from being old tech, ie dismounting the sight to change the battery (which lasts for ages though), not waterproof and no adjustment indication Still my go to option in this particular arena though. I had one mounted on an ACOG and accidentally bounced it off a metal girder. Enough to dent the shroud and chip the lens but it still held zero.
